X-vivo, a program to visualise CT and MRI images of the brain, offers a wide range of options for segmenting and for post-processing and visualising the resulting images. This report describes programs to display images of the human brain. The currently selected set is displayed in red, the others in black. All sets in one plot are shown together in the plot area left of the tree.
The tree control on the right side of the main window reflects the structure of the project. peak-o-mat can easily be extended by writing own modules.
